Data and purposes
We use your email and account identifier for authentication. Searches, submitted listings, plan and activity records may be associated with your account to provide the service, apply limits and protect the platform. Authorized administrators can see recent activity and approximate session duration; this is not monitoring of other sites or devices.
Legal grounds and retention
Information necessary for requested services is processed to provide those services. Security records support fraud prevention and service protection, with attention to necessity and individual rights. Legal requirements may require retention. Data is retained as needed for the stated purposes and applicable obligations; deletion requests are assessed accordingly.
Cookies and advertising
Session cookies are necessary for sign-in. The first-search experience uses a temporary technical cookie to apply the daily free quota by browser and region; it contains no account data, is not used for advertising and expires within 24 hours. Google AdSense is not activated in this release. Advertising spaces currently contain only our own partner invitation, with no Google advertising script. Optional tracking requires an appropriate legal basis and, where required, consent before activation.
Service providers and international processing
We use Vercel for hosting and Supabase for authentication and data storage. Payment features may involve Mercado Pago. Providers may process data outside Brazil under applicable terms and safeguards. External property sites have their own policies.
Partner contact form
The partner form prepares an email draft in your own email application. It does not automatically submit the information or store a lead in the platform. If you send it, our team receives the information to respond to your inquiry.
Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, sharing information, portability where applicable, objection, withdrawal of consent and deletion, subject to applicable law. We may verify your identity proportionately. Never send passwords or sign-in links. Contact rastreialar@gmail.com.
