Prepare before you visit
Bring the listing and note missing information about fees, furniture, parking and terms. Confirm the address and the viewing contact independently when needed.
Check what you can safely observe
With permission, test ordinary fixtures and equipment. Look for moisture, ventilation and window condition. Do not attempt electrical or technical inspections without qualifications.
Measure and document
Measure doorways and spaces for essential furniture. A viewing supports your decision; a formal move-in inspection records delivery condition. Keep authorized photos and communicate discrepancies through the agreed channel.
