Searching for a home
How does the RastreiaLar search work?
Enter your destination, budget and property type on the homepage search. We organize the available options so you can compare location, cost and features before deciding.
Why does a region sometimes show no listings?
Listing availability varies by region and the sources consulted. Try widening your search area or check back later.
Are the prices shown always up to date?
Always confirm price and availability directly with the advertiser. Listings can change or be removed without notice.
Favorites and lists
How do I save a property to favorites?
Click the heart icon on a property card. Everything you save is available on your Favorites page, once you create an account.
How do I share a list of properties with someone else?
On your Favorites page, create a list, add the properties you want, and use the share button to generate a public link or export a PDF.
Who can see my lists?
Your lists are private by default. Only people who receive the share link can view them.
Partner agents
How do I find a partner agent in my region?
Go to the Partner agents page and filter by the city or region you are searching in. You can see public reviews from other clients before reaching out.
I'm an agent, how do I become a RastreiaLar partner?
Go to Partner agents and click "I'm an agent, I want to partner up" to create your profile with your regions and license number.
Does RastreiaLar charge a commission on deals with agents?
No. The platform connects you with agents; any negotiation, commission or contract is arranged directly between the parties.
Account and profile
How do I create a RastreiaLar account?
Click "Create account" at the top of the site and enter your email. You can manage your details anytime from your profile page.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
On the login page, use the password recovery option with your registered email.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Write to our team through the Help Center with your registered email; we process deletions according to our privacy policy.
Advertisers and partners
How do I list my property on RastreiaLar?
Go to "List your property", create an account and submit your listing details for our team to review.
I want to promote my agency, how does the partnership work?
On the Partners page, fill out the contact form telling us about your region and goals. Our team evaluates formats and terms.
Privacy and safety
How is my data used?
Check our Privacy and data page to understand what information we collect and how it is used.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
Contact us through the Help Center describing the listing and the reason for your concern; our team reviews every report.
